  <abstract>The chapters in this yearbook describe some of the experiences the individual authors have had in making and/or using multisensory aids in mathematics instruction. A number of different aids are noted to indicate the range of possibilities. Three more chapters set the stage for the remainder of the book which is divided into the following sections: drawing and design; demonstrations and exhibits; models and devices; instruments and tools; materials for construction of models and devices; and slides, films, three-dimensional projection, and equipment. In the appendix a short description of individual models and devices is given by content areas. (LS)</abstract>
